• Refunds are governed by platform rules (App Store/Play Store) and applicable law.

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSHR Innovex Pvt Ltd and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PSHR Innovex Pvt Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
