Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of BudMeet, including our mobile apps, website, support channels, and related services. By creating an account, browsing the website, or using BudMeet, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BudMeet.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use BudMeet.
• BudMeet is intended for adults and is not available to children or younger teens.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You may use BudMeet only if your use complies with applicable law.

• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You may not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without permission.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and devices.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our breach.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.

• No harassment, hate, threats, stalking, exploitation, impersonation, or non-consensual conduct.
• No scams, spam, fraud, phishing, solicitation, or deceptive commercial activity.
• No child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, or any attempt to involve minors in adult activity.
• No unlawful content, infringing content, or sharing someone else's private information without consent.
• No attempts to scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, probe, or bypass access controls on BudMeet.
• No use of BudMeet to organize or promote unlawful or age-restricted conduct in violation of local law.

• BudMeet helps people discover each other and coordinate real-world meetups, but we do not control user behavior offline.
• You are responsible for your own decisions, interactions, travel, and attendance at plans, groups, or meetups.
• Use good judgment, meet in appropriate public places when possible, and follow local law and venue rules.
• Location sharing is optional. If you enable it, you are choosing to make certain location-based experiences available inside BudMeet.
• We do not guarantee the identity, intent, availability, safety, or conduct of any user, organizer, or attendee.

You keep ownership of the content you submit to BudMeet, including profile information, messages, voice intros, photos, videos, and other uploads. You grant PSHR Innovex Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, moderate, and promote BudMeet.

You represent that you own or control the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

• BudMeet may offer messaging, group chats, voice messages, voice intros, and voice or video calling.
• We do not promise that these features will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
• We do not routinely use private communications for advertising, but we may review reported content, verification submissions, safety evidence, and related metadata where reasonably necessary for moderation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or harm prevention.
• You may not record, publish, or share another user's content outside BudMeet without the required consent.

• BudMeet may offer profile verification, blocking, reporting, restrictions, and other safety controls.
• Verification is a trust signal, not a guarantee of identity, safety, honesty, or future conduct.
• We may remove content, limit features, reject verification, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms.
• We may preserve evidence and cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where required or reasonably necessary.

• Some BudMeet features may be paid, subscription-based, or distributed through in-app purchases.
• Billing, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are generally handled by the app store or payment provider you used.
• Pricing, features, taxes, and availability may change over time.
• If a version of BudMeet includes ads, those ads are subject to platform permissions, device settings, and applicable law.

BudMeet, our software, designs, trademarks, logos, branding, and other non-user content are owned byPSHR Innovex Pvt Ltd or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use BudMeet under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

BudMeet may interact with app stores, mapping services, hosting providers, push-notification services, payment processors, analytics tools, advertising partners, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.

• You may stop using BudMeet at any time and may delete your account through the available deletion flow.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used BudMeet unlawfully.
• Termination does not erase rights or obligations that by nature should survive, including safety, payment, legal, and liability provisions.

BudMeet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee availability, match quality, user behavior, uninterrupted service, data accuracy, compatibility with every device, or that use of BudMeet will lead to any particular social, personal, or commercial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSHR Innovex Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or personal decisions made by users in relation to BudMeet. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PSHR Innovex Pvt Ltd and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your unlawful conduct, your content, your misuse of BudMeet, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of Andhra Pradesh, India, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection or privacy laws in your place of residence require otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, contact support@budmeet.app so we have a fair opportunity to resolve the issue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice in the app, on the website, or by email. Your continued use of BudMeet after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
