Child Safety & CSAM Policy
BudMeet welcomes anyone aged 15 and above. While we enable mature collaborations—subject-based groups, startup idea discussions, and interest hubs—we remain zero tolerance on CSAM and any sexualization of minors. Location and age checks keep age-restricted conversations compliant.
Collaboration, not isolation
Share subjects, work on projects, or launch interest-based groups—our design lets young adults discover each other without endless swipes or pressure.
CSAM & exploitation zero tolerance
We immediately remove any child sexual abuse material or sexualization of minors and permanently ban accounts tied to those violations.
Legal age + location safety
Discussions mentioning smoking, drinking, or other age-restricted activities depend on confirmed age, location, and legal compliance so that nothing encourages underage behavior.
Report and escalate
Flag suspicious profiles, chats, photos, events, or messages in-app or email safety@budmeet.app.
We keep improving
Safety, moderation, and the policy itself are updated constantly to match evolving laws and app-store expectations.
When you report
We triage all reports around the clock. If there is evidence of CSAM or child exploitation, we remove the material, ban the responsible accounts, and escalate to the proper authorities without delay.
We log every report, preserve evidence for investigations, and share updates with the reporting user when feasible.

Report directly inside the BudMeet app wherever you see suspicious profiles, chats, photos, events, or messages. You can also email us any supporting context at safety@budmeet.app.
We investigate every report, keep you informed when possible, and maintain strict confidentiality for all parties involved.
This policy is reviewed regularly to stay aligned with applicable laws, app-store requirements, and our evolving safety capabilities.
