BudMeet policy

Child Safety & CSAM Policy

BudMeet is an adult-only community for people aged 18 and above. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, sexualization of minors, or any conduct that places children at risk.

Adults-only community

BudMeet is intended only for adults aged 18 and above. Accounts believed to belong to someone under 18 may be removed.

Zero tolerance for CSAM

Any child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, or facilitation of child exploitation is prohibited and triggers immediate enforcement.

Fast reporting channels

Users can report suspicious profiles, chats, voice content, photos, groups, or meetups directly in the app or by email. Email safety@budmeet.app.

Immediate enforcement

We may remove content, lock accounts, preserve evidence, and escalate urgent child-safety matters to law enforcement or relevant organizations.

Age-restricted conduct controls

Conversations or meetups involving age-restricted activities must comply with local law, platform rules, and BudMeet safety policies.

Ongoing review

We review safety tooling, moderation workflows, and this policy regularly to stay aligned with applicable law and platform expectations.

When you report

We prioritize reports that involve suspected minors, exploitation, grooming, coercion, or CSAM. When appropriate, we remove the material, disable the accounts involved, preserve evidence, and escalate to the proper authorities without delay.

We may also retain limited moderation records to support investigations, repeat-offender detection, and legal compliance.

Reporting channels

Report directly inside BudMeet wherever you see suspicious profiles, messages, voice content, groups, photos, or meetup activity. You can also email our safety team at safety@budmeet.app.

We investigate every child-safety report, maintain confidentiality where appropriate, and coordinate with law enforcement, NCMEC, or other relevant organizations when legally required or reasonably necessary.

This policy is reviewed regularly to stay aligned with applicable law, app-store requirements, and our evolving moderation capabilities.
